Car stumbles thru acceleration. When first starting off the car drives fine. After braking at a stop the car stumbles as it tries to go. The engine does not rev up unless I floor it. This will continue till about 45/50 mph and then the car levels out and will drive smooth. But at the next stop same thing again.

Check and test all the following below:

Oxygen sensor
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)
Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
