There should be two of them one before the converter and one after it as it is measuring the converter's performance. Both are in the exhaust system, the front one may be as far up as the exhaust manifold.

my car seems like the motor or the brakes move when pushing them or turning to the right only

no its like when i push the brake before it stops it fills like i etheir ran something over or the car skips before stoping but does come to a full stop?

I think we are getting closer.

So when you brake the brake pedal maybe vibrates or goes up and down and is probably worse at brakeing from hgher speeds?

no that would be the rotors before it comes to a stop the car hops or something like that the brakes hops or engine almost like i ran something over happens right before it comes to a stop
