Brakes are aroudn 40 bucks per pad set *2 tires* for a decent pad set.
If the rotors are bad or need to be machined then that is about another 40 bucks per rotor.

Windshields are very variable dependent on the kind or the person installing, call aroudn for quotes.

Depending on the quality of brake pads used I would say a general cost would be between $80-100 per end (either front or rear). If rotors need to be machined cost would go up another $80 or so. If rotors need to be replaced for some reason cost would go up between $60-$100.
