1992 Ford taurus 3.0 Gl 2 Valve 178,000 miles

Engine is cutting out intermittently on acceleration and mostly when cold but will do it after warmed up too. Hard to get started when cold and hasnt ran for a day or two. Check Engine light will come on when it is happening but go out after engine kicks back in. I have had 3 Master Techs look at it and no good results so far. Here is what I have replaced and or tested completely. -New: Altenator, Battery, 2 O2
sensors, spark plugs and coil wires, distributor cap and rotor, Ignition Mod, Mass Air Flow sensor, Fuel filter, fuel pump, engine coolant temp sensor, the EGR valve is newer, and I dont think this is a fuel issue in my opinion. It seem as though it is a electrical/sensor issue. Any help is appreciated, I have already dumped $2,000.00 dollars into trying to repair this issue.

What is a Master Tech? What engine codes did the Master Techs tell you the pulled from your pcm? Don't waste money needlessly on parts that you don't know to be bad.

Ford Master Technician Mechanic is what I meant by "Master Tech" Like I said the check engine light isnt holding on so the pcm isnt showing a code, and due to the age of the car (92) I guess the pcm isnt like newer cars were it can do an all sensor check. I appreciate your reply and any ideas are helpfull.
