Hey there. Recently my Ford Ranger is beginning to have this groaning or squeeking sound when I turn the steering wheel left and right. It's very annoying, and I've read thru a Ford Ranger repair manuel, but can't find an answer to my problem. The sound is much more noticable on small roads, drive-thru's, etc. Thank you

Does the steering wheel shake? If so it could be air in the power steering it can be fixed by turn the wheel all the way left and holding it then all the way right and holding it. If not, ball joints, or your stabilizer links could be shot
