My e-brake is stuck on?

My e-brake is stuck on. How do I manually disengage it?

So is my transmission crap or is it a minor. Could be but maybe the computer is not getting the proper signals from these sensors TPS/CTS/VSS which is an indication of throttle and governor pressures to activate solenoids in the transmission.

Well the first thing you need to do is put it up on jack stands in the rear. Then take the tires and rear drums off ( assuming it has drums). Follow the brake cable to the mechanism that it is connected to and disengage it. But first I would try to lubricate it several times and then work it from the pedal to try and loosen it up and possibly get it to work again. Because it might just be rusted up. Try this and let me know what happens
