Hi there, pull the plugs out and add a little diesel into the bores this swill help un stick any gummy rings, drain oil & change filter, replace fuel filter and if you can drain they fuel tank and add fresh fuel, check the coolant and then turn over with out the plugs to get a bit of oil pressure up, replace plugs and try a start.
