Mustang 98' 66000miles 3.8L V6 manual transmission. Between first and second gear at low rpms there is a vibrating coming from the back of the car it sometimes makes it even when I am idling is it my tail pipe or something that has to do with the clutch?

Is your tire well balanced?
Check your tires or engine mounts or it's may be suspension related

It doesnt vibrate at high speeds and its not the whole car its just a vibrating noise and it is loud and if I shift right it doesnt make the noise. Ive only heard of the car vibrating at high speeds when the tires arent balance, could it be anything else?

When you hear the vibrating noise, have a stethoscope and look the amplifying noise down the car.
Let me know.
