1999 ford mustang GT Mileage: 69242.
I was wondering if it is normal for the clutch pedal to feel rough when you push down on it and release it. It feels as if its rolling on a gear of some sort, but to my understanding there is no gear in the pedal. I've driven a manual camaro and a manual honda and I've never felt a clutch like this.
I just bought the car in November and there were no problems.
Is this a big deal? Or is there any way I can just lube up the pedal so it feels smoother?

Another question.
When I don't warm up the car for at least 15 minutes it's really jumpy (hicups) when i first start to drive. I can gas it all i want but it takes a second or two to actually get up and go.

Do you have any suggestions on what may possibly be the problem?
