does it ever get up and go fast with no problem? so much can cause a loss in HP and you do not want to just through money into it, but there are some easy things to check and many things you can do that will not be a waste of cash. how is the air filter, how many miles are on it?

i can sit hear for some time trying to tell ways to increase the power, but i could be wrong and just having you waste money. without knowing what it needs im shooting in the dark, but depending on where you live and how friendly the area is you may be able to go to advanced or auto zone, or any parts place and tell them you car is lacking power. both advaced and auto will hook up a compuer to your car for free to see if any codes pop up. Some will also take a little look and tell you what the car may or may not need. could be plugs, wires, fuel fliters, o2 sensors, could need injector cleaner, or what not. most of these things are cheap and not a waste of money, just dont go throwing too much money in it till you know what it needs.
