I have a mustang 6 cl and the motor lock up. Whats my best option. To buy a rebuild motor or work re placing the parts on the broken motor on the car and what is the less expences way to do it.

To find the best solution is find out what happened to the old motor, If it blew a rod and jammed up. Check around at a few local auto salvage yards. You may find it less expensive than tearing the old one down and replacing everything that is damaged, depending on what happened to it. With 84,000 miles something had to let loose or something made it seize up.
