1991 Ford Mustang fuel pump not working

I woulld like to know if had any suggestions & if could tell me where the relay & shut switch was located

1. Fuel pump relay is located on a bracket under the driver seat.
2. Inertia cut off switch-In center rear of luggage compartment.
