Made a left hand turn and the car died. Replaced the pump, the driver module, the crcm, inertia switch fuse, relay, and regulator. Still nothing, trouble code says pump out of range. If I apply twelve volts to the pump it works. I am getting power to the pump so I assume I am loosing my ground. The dash lights also are out, do not know if it is related but fuses are good. If it is a sensor I am missing, traction control, what else could it be. Please help. Buggy the car for my sons sixteenth birthday and have spent Way too much on mods to turn back now. His birthday is in three weeks.

It is time to stop assuming things and throwing parts at the problem. You need to do some systematic testing. You will likely need a professional level, bi-directional scan tool to see what is happening in the circuit.
