you might want to check your fan(s). make sure they are working "full blast" when your car is hot or overheating. if not then your problem might be the fans or relays for them. I had a problem with my '01 ZX3 not starting, after eliminating the relays, battery, and the starter (by getting a new one for a pretty penny), it turned out to be the battery cable on the positive side. looked good from the outside, but had corrosion on the inside, cut the end off, replaced the terminal and soldered back together. Hope this helps.
