flooding

I have a 78 F-250 with a 400M completly rebuilt about 15k ago. My # 5 cylinder is flooding With all plugs removed # 5 blows out gas, it has the Edelbrock carb/manifold on it. It just started running rough while driving. Any help?

if you have gas flooding in one cyl only , with the plugs out and it still does it , you may have a stuck or damaged intake valve , valve guide ,valve seat , valve spring you could pop the valve cover and see if it is stuck open
