Engine Performance problem
1991 Ford F250 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello hope you can help?
Engine is schacking like crazy and sounds like its sucking realy hard for air. Replaced faulty ECM relay and fuelfilter but still not better. Could it be the Fuelpump?Or a Valve or sensor for the Emissioncontrol?
would appreciate any help.

First thing check for vacuum leaks, check all hoses for disconnects, and holes or cracks in the hoses

Checked all hoses but couldnt find nothing wrong. My wife is getting me an fuelpressure tester. Checked codes again and showed code 95(fuelpump circuit PCM to ground). Where do I look for that problem?

Thanks for the video.
Pressure is according to specs.
Truck runs good on propane.
Can it be the injectors?
