Air conditioning problem

2003 F-150 Lariat with about 70,000 miles and V-8 engine. Started with Max AC suddenly diverting to defrosting vents but panel/floor still worked properly. Now all cooling options divert to defrosting vents and will not function through the main vents. Water or condensation of some sort is leaking from tail pipe after long drives.
