2005 Ford F-150 truck makes a whistling sound when it is bel

For a couple of years now, my truck has been making a loud whistling noise when it is below 40 degrees. It doesn't affect the mileage or the performance. The whistling goes away when I am at 55mph or 70mph or higher. What could be causing this annoying whistle?

I have the same Turck with the same problem for the last three winters. The whistling seems to get louder when I increase rpms until thetruck shifts or I let off the gas so you're not alone
