I have a f150 2000 that below 32 deg. Temp runs rough. Ihave cleaned mass air changed idle air also cleaned throttle boddy intake lots of carbon build up. Ran top end cleaner 3 times. Checked all vacum lines changed pvc truck keeps pulling codes of 171 bank or a vacum leak could this be a o2 sensor or a intake manifold gasket problem? Once truck is warm after about 30 minutes it runs fine although in extreme cold it still runs rough at idle even when warm. Also cleaned injectors

Hi:

A P0171 lean code for bank 1 is the cylinder bank on the RIGHT (passenger) side of the engine on Ford vehicles with a V6 or V8 engine and rear-wheel drive. If I was checking the vehicle, I would start by looking for a vacuum leak (could be intake). Keep in mind, unlike water, steel expands when it get's hot, so an intake could (in theory) seal itself when it expands (gets hot).

Let me know what you find.
