2000 Ford F-150 Rough idle

I have a Ford F150 XLT truck drives great but sitting at a dead stop idle is rough it seams to do this off and on one outing it does this and the next time it does not any idea what could be causing this?

Vacuum leaks !
Check truck for tune up
and check vacuum hoses and for vacuum leaks

Also would like to add next time it starts idling rough unplug the IAC module, does that solve it?
