2000 Ford F-150 hard to start

I have only had this truck for a few months, and it seems like it is getting harder and harder to start. It will start easily in the mornings, but if you drive it a lot throughout the day, it gets harder to start. Any ideas?

Has the check engine light ever come on? Has is ever died on you while driving or ideling?

No, the engine light has never come on and it has never died while ideling or driving. I think it is this new fuel they are pushing on us. My truck was fine until I started using this ethanol stuff.
