1997 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 115k miles

I have a '97 F150 115K, after the winter, my heater has been stuck on heat, and I'm unable to use my a/c. Any suggestions?

The temperature blend door actuator could be broken, is this auto temp control or manual a/c and heat?

First thing to check is if it needs a recharge, and if the cooling fan comes on when you turn on th A/C
