Turned the truck off, went to restart it, just cranks. I noticed when I cycle the key, I dont even get a check engine light, there is no check engine light at all, usually when you cycle the key or first turn the key on, the check engine light would come on for so many seconds then turn off.

i dont have a manual, I did find a blown fuse, it was a 20a, I replaced it, I dont know what it was for, the truck still does not start. The fuse was located in the engine compartment. If facing the fuse box from the front of the vehicle, standing at the drivers side head light, the 20a fuse was located at the bottom right corner of the fuse box.

any help, thanks.

There is a fuse #12 that powers the ALDL connector can you check that please here is a guide and the wiring diagram so you can see how the connector works.
