2003 Ford Explorer misfire code 304

Hello. I have a misfire code 304 on my car. I have replaced the spark plug wires, ignition coil and the spark plugs 6 months ago. My mechanic is at a loss and so am I. What do I look at next?

Check the sparkplug, compression and injector on #4 cylinder.

Now I have a misfire code 316, definition is misfire in first 1000 revolutions of engine. No clue what to even look at. Any ideas?
