2003 Ford Explorer Fuel pressure regulator location

Engine Performance problem
2003 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 86,000 miles

The diagnostic computer reads fuel too lean. The fuel pressure is 70. It should between 28 and 40. Where can I find a diagram that shows me where the fuel pressure regulator is, or can you tell me?

The fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail-check for a return line blockage
