My car ran out of gas put gas in the Car and made it home. Now 2years later I pull the car out and want to drive it again, but the car won't turn over I got a new battery for the car and its doing the same thing I'm thinking it the fuel filter or the fuel pump.

If the car has been in storage for 2 years, the gas could be bad. See if it will start for a few seconds with starting fluid and let me know what you find.

If it doesn't start with starting fluid, you must not have spark to the plugs. Have you checked that?

Is it a good hot blue snapping spark or is it orange or white?

That is a weak spark and most likely will not ignite the fuel, especially if it is old. Check the crank sensor to make sure there is no corrosion and all ignition system wiring for corrosion.

It sounds like a bad head gasket. How low was the compression?

Let me know. It is hard for me to believe there is no compression. It can be low for a few different reasons, but O PSI tells me there is either a valve stuck open or a hole in the piston.
