I was wonedring if you could give me advice to change out rear window regulator in an explorer

Removal & Installation (Rear)
Lower glass to full down position. Remove rear door trim panel. Remove rear inside door handle. Remove speaker and watershield. Raise and support glass in full up position. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect window motor harness connector.
Remove window motor bolts. Remove window motor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Cycle window to ensure engagement of drive mechanism.
