When I start my car in the morning it is hard to keep it running until it warms up. I have put a new engine in and have 90,000 miles on it. The actual mileage on the vehicle is shown above. When the car gets warm, it runs fine. What could be the problem?

IAC (idle air controll) valve could well be the issue. It might be able to be cleaned or might need replacing. Often with an IAC not working right it will idle only if you hold down a little bit of throttle.
