2005 Ford Expedition Knocking noises

When we turn on the "back" air conditioning controls, a knocking noise starts happening within the back right quarterpanel area. The more air that we want, the louder it gets. Please advise if this is something that easily fixed in the field or if it should go to the dealer for repair.

Thank you for the donation.

The noise should be caused by the blower motor. Foreign materials could have gotten into the air passage of the blower motor. It could also be a faulty motor.

If you are mechanically inclined, should be something you could handle.
