2001 Ford Expedition Front heater not working

Front heater is not working blowing out cold air back heater blows out warm. Changed the thermostat and is still not working. The hoses going into the heater core are hot. Someone said to check the achuator?Door might be stuck. Where is this door at? Could there be something else wrong. Please let me know. Thanks

Either the blend door is broken or the electronic blend door actuator is not working correctly.
