1999 Ford Expedition heater problem

I have heat only coming from the rear but the fron blows cold is it a control door thats not opening?

It could be the blend door. However, with the engine running, hot, and the heater on, check both heater core hoses to make sure they are both hot. If you have one hot and one cold, the heater core could be plugged.
