When installing a bypass pulley instead of replacing the whole air conditioning compressor unit how exactly do you do it? Do I have to completely remove the a/c compressor thing or just remove the pulley from the air conditioning compressor. Also how can I see a diagram of the a/c compressor components so that I can visually comprehend whats go on there?

By pass pulleys are usually desingned to go in place of the compressor, so you will most likely have to remove it.I have included the only pic I could find of the front of the a/c compressor, hope this helps
