1998 Ford Expedition not cooling effeciently

Air Conditioning problem
1998 Ford Expedition V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 215xxx miles

my air conditioner shows maximum pressure on a after market gauge. The lowest temputure registered on a thermometer is 70 degrees. During the heat of the day the thermostat does not go below 80 degrees. There doesn't appear to be a leak since everything is constant. I have clean the condensor core with air and water. Hasn't made any difference.

any suggestion on what to do to increase the effectiveness of the air conditioner?
