i have a 94 ford escort wagon the radiator fan will not come on the fuses are good but when i take it off and wire it to battery it comes on i need to know what could be wrong or how to wire it to battery so it will cut off when car is turned off help

You can wire it throw an ignition source

But does the fuse has battery voltage it should if not check fusible links at the starter relay
