1995 Ford Escort Radiator Fan not coming on

Radiator fan not coming on. Already changed fan motor, brokern thermostat, relay in fuse box under hood & associated fuses. Could it be a fuse link and where do I find them? Any help is appreciatred.

There should be a fusible link, follow the battery cables to find um. Hard to miss, say fusible link right on um.

First thing to do is check the coolant temperature switch NOT the sending unit. From there take and put +12v to te signal wire, does it turn on? If not then the relay, wiring harness, or motor is bad. If it does turn on switch is bad, or its not getting voltage.
