I Am Hearing A Roaring Noise Coming From The Front Of The Car. It Sounded Like The Tires Were Bad So I Replaced Them But The Noise Persists And Gets Louder As I Accelerate. I Am Pretty Sure Is Coming From The Front Driver Side Wheel But I Was Told That It Could Also Be The Differential. Also When I Turn The Wheel All The Way (any Side) And The Car Bounces I Hear A Horrible Noise, Like Metal With Metal Crunching. What could be causing this noises?

If your hearing a creaky sound in addition to the roaring sound, you may need to get the ball joints replaced.
