1998 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

had a 1998 ford crown vic rear end replaced. After it came back it now has a shudder. But ONLY when the brakes are applied. Ideas? I was told it was a sensor that didn't recalibrate itself, but I have never heard this one.

When the differential was replaced was it with a used on. It may be possiable if it was used that they used the rotors or drums from the used diffential. If its not coming from drums or rotors I would suggust checking the axle flange run out. Should be no more than.003 run out.
