Fluctuation hesitation when driving

Have done complete tuneup/spider injection/cleaned idle air control. This vehicle starts and Idles good, when give it gas it has no power and sometimes stalls and backfires, then the next time it runs fine, and then you can drive it twenty miles and shut it off and it will not start.

What is the fuel pressure with key on engine off and what does it do when you open the throttle? 55-60 is good
It sounds like a bad fuel pump or bad pump power/ground connection.
