Floor vent always on

No matter what vent selection I have the knob set on there is always air blowing to the floor vents. There is no change in the amount of air to the floor if I switch it to full defrost or panel or floor. Any idea on why the floor vent is always on?

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you're having problems with your blend door actuators.They are small electric motors that open doors to direct air flow through certain air ducts.There are two actuators that are mounted on your HVAC box which is located under the dash on the right hand side.Here is a tutorial showing what is involved for its replacement:
