Feels like chocking

When I start the car its starts and will go up and down on the rpm and slowly go down till it will cut off. If I give just a little gas it will cut off right away. But if I floor it white smoke comes out and it will just then rough idle a little. When I take off sometimes it takes off fine and sometimes it seems like no matter how hard I hit the gas when or how I shift it still goes slow like its being chocked.

You can but the sensor is only 11 also you can check the sensor with a multimeter. But it's best to check it with a scan tool that reads live data and a infard temp gun.

Also inspect the inside of the connector if the terminals are blue or green instead of silver then you need to replace the connector also.
