Start with the coolant temp too low. Make sure it's actually too cool. Check it with a thermometer. If it's running at the proper temp then the sensor is unplugged, bad, or the wires to it are damaged. If it's really cool then the thermostat is to blame. Running too cool makes the ECM unhappy. Remedy the temp then see what codes return
