I have experienced an issue my my car. It drains the battery.
I have done a diagnostic test and it brings up codes.

A10A - Voltage supply too low
A10D - Voltage supply too low

Can you please advise?

Thanks

Hi,

First take a look through this link. It discusses common simple causes of battery drain.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-dead-overnight

If nothing there helps, I need you to check for the alternator output. Follow this link:

Do these two things and let me know the results.

Hi Joe,

Yes, I have read all these before and I did a diagnosed test. It comes back with the codes I have sent before?
Can you understand the fault code? It is related to anything?
I have tested the alternator and it responded!
Thanks,

Hi,

I have searched everything I have and do not see those codes. I need you to do me a favor. Have the computer scanned for codes using an OBD2 scanner. Here is a quick video showing how it is done:

I realize most people don't own a scanner, but most parts stored will do it free of charge. Have that done and let me know what codes are found. They will likely be different numbers indicating the same problem.

Hi,

Honestly, Mercedes is very secretive with some things. However, by law they have to provide an OBD2 system. When you scan it, the codes will likely be different but mean the same thing.

Let me know what you find.
