Hi,

I was driving my car, no problems at all, parked back at home. The next day I went to start my car and there was nothing - couldn't open the doors with the fob so had to enter manually, and when I tried to start the engine there was no sound, no lights, nothing at all. I've tried to jump start it and checked the battery but that seems to be fine. I'm assuming it's an electrical problem but because I can't move the car at all, it would be very expensive to call a mechanic out unless I have an idea what's wrong. Could you help me?

Thank-you very much in advance.

#1.......SNATCH THE BATTERY OUT AND TAKE IT TO A POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORE TO BE THOROUGHLY TESTED/ SOME STORES SUCH AS "ADVANCE AUTO PARTS" WILL CHARGE IT BACK UP.....THIS IS USUALLY A FREE SERVICE

THIS WILL KEEP YOU FROM CHASING YOUR TAIL!

MAYBE YOU LEFT A DOOR CRACKED?---A LIGHT ON?---MAYBE YOUR BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH FAILED AND AND LEFT YOUR BRAKE LIGHTS ON?..........THESE ARE JUST A FEW "TOO EZ" POSSIBILITIES

IT MAY BE MORE INVOLVED.......below, the 3rd link may cover those......LET'S HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET THAT FAR!

READ THIS LINK I'M-A-THROWIN' YOU!.........THERE ARE 3 LINKS WITHIN IT........PAY THE MOST ATTENTION TO THE 2ND ONE!!!!.......IT'S PROBABLY THE EZist, BUT MOST NEGLECTED!
