I had my timing belt snap on the highway. Had the belt replaced at an auto repair shop.I drove the car home and got a check engine light. 27. I had my fuel pump replaced less then a week ago and I checked the connections and fuses.

See picture to do this test also check for a vacuum leak. This is an injector problem which may be the wiring or connectors.

Thanks, I am going to give it a try in the morning. But if it is not the harness or connector. Then is it most differently the injector?

It may be just a bad connection going to the injector. You can test injectors for ohms normally around 11-13 ohms per injector.

I went through the steps saw a small burn hole in the harness and reconnected a yellow black wire and the 27 error code is gone I get a 12 but. The car just will not start. So I was wondering if there was anything else I can check?

This code indicates a problem with the control circuit on injectors 1, 2, or 3. The single board engine controller (SBEC) receives signals from various sensors. It then uses this information for fuel injector control. So, the problem is likely the fuel injector, SBEC or corresponding wiring. Here is an article regarding symptoms of a bad fuel injector:
