Error 55, ABS, check engine and cruise control

My car recently got out of the shop. There were some things replaced including rear struts, brake pads, drive axel and the front driver side spindle. I note that the tires were off the car while it was up on the lift for about a day and a half. There is an error 55 code where the mileage is, ABS light and check engine light are both on the cruise light is blinking. I have had this come on before but it went off on its own. Could this be from the tires being off it for so long? A new part effecting this?

This is a wheel speed sensor code, it may have been tripped with the car running in gear on the hoist. First thing to do is get the code cleared and see if it comes back, if it does have the wheel speed sensors checked for faults or broken wires. The wheels being off will have no bearing on this problem.
