Van will hesitate/stop at intersections appears rpm is dropping. At INTERSTATE SPEEDS it will sometimes just shut off all gauges light up if I floor it the van will refire & drive fine for 10 more miles. Sometimes I have to put van in neutral & restart going 70 MPH. When van shuts down there is a heavy shutter effect like running over some 2 -3 pieces of wood?

I have had the codes scanned only shows a oxygen sensor? Bad in the catalytic converter/ exhaust. Could the fuel filter be my problem? I can hear the fuel pump come on when I prepare to start the motor.
