When it does start it runs fine but the issue returns again. Camshaft sensor, ignition coils and battery was replaced. Now no spark. And once again engine rotates and this time it will not start.

Good evening.

When you crank the engine, does the tachometer move up a little while cranking? It may be the crank sensor that is not sending a signal to the ECM.

Roy

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Disconnect crankshaft position sensor electrical connector from the wiring harness connector (Fig. 4).
3. Remove crankshaft position sensor retaining bolt.
4. Pull crankshaft position sensor straight up out of the transaxle housing.

NOTE: If the removed sensor is to be reinstalled, clean off the old spacer on the sensor face. A NEW SPACER must be attached to the sensor face before installation. If the sensor is being replaced, confirm that the paper spacer is attached to the lace of the new sensor (Fig. 5).

Yes, the tachometer moves up. So it might be the crankshaft sensor needs replacing as well?

That means the crank sensor is sending a signal.

Does it have fuel pressure? Can you hear the pump run when you turn the key on?

Then compression test is next.

Good, what is the pressure?

Did you test the compression?

Okay.

Compression?

Did you check for spark to the plugs?

No spark.

I would replace the crank sensor.

Do you have a scan tool to monitor live data?

Crank sensor replaced by friend and problem as first time. I am thinking it might be the ECM. I had my scanner give codes P0351, P0352, and P0353. Could I be correct?

Okay, all three codes are related to the primary circuits for the the coils. I have attached a description and flow chart to determine the failure.

Yes, the PCM is one of the possibilities but at this point is a guess. Guesses are usually wrong and expensive. You need to be sure before replacing.
