Suddenly white smoke started coming from the engine. There is water in the coolant reservoir. There is no oil leaks. What could be the problem?

Hello,

This is either going to be a blown head gasket or a crack in either the cylinder head or the engine block. Any time there is white smoke coming from the exhaust this is a sign that coolant is being burnt in the combustion chambers of your vehicle. Here is a link explaining what is going on below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/white-smoke-or-steam-coming-from-the-exhaust-pipe

Please go to the link and use the guide to find out the problem and get back to us with whats going on.

Thanks,
Alex
