Engine oil leak

Hi
I have just bought my first can a Kia Picanto 54 plate it has a small oil leak I have to keep topping it up every week can someone advise me what I need to do to rectify it and the cost roughly?

Hi Suzanne :)

It sounds like it could be one of a few different things. I would start by checking the oil drain plug and for a lose oil filter. Make sure you check these with the engine off.

Massive oil leak at the back of the engine leak 2 pints of oil in 5 kilometers the leak is above the oil sump at the back of the enginepcronje

Have a pro look at it, it may be an rear main seal or pan gasket. Or a pulg loose.
