I can drive car and when I turn car off and try to crank back up it will not turn over and volt meter shows no volts. I have new alternator, battery cables, had battery checked and was told battery was good. Could it be the grounds? Thank you

So have you checked to see what the actual fuel pressure is? Have you also checked for injector pluse?
